The Op has announced that they have inked a licensing deal with Asmodee to make new versions of Spot It!.  Asmodee acquired worldwide rights to the award-winning party game in 2015 (see "Asmodee Acquires 'Spot It!'").

Spot it!, also known as Dobble, the quick-playing, act-fast family game where players try to spot and grab matches from cards that eight various symbols.  The player with the most collected cards wins when the deck runs out.

“This collaboration between Asmodee and The Op will add even more eye-catching and unmistakable visuals to the mix, making Spot It! not only a challenge of perception and dexterity, but personally enjoyable for fans to associate their favorite characters with victory,” says Heather Campbell, Vice President of Sales at The Op.

The Op plans to release new Spot It! games this fall into the North American market each retailing for $14.99.

The Op has announced The Shining: Escape from the Overlook Hotel and The Shining: Come Play with Us puzzle for release later this year (see "The Op Invites Players to Flee in 'The Shining: Escape from the Overlook Hotel'").
