The original estimated delivery for the Merchant Caste Reward or retail level for the Battletech: Clan Invasion Kickstarter was March 2020. Unfortunately, events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic created a series of delays, and the delivery schedule needed to be revised. According to a recent Battletech web site post, Wave 1 products are "nearing production now" and Wave 2 miniature designs are in making "substantial progress". More updates will be made available through their Kickstarter campaign platform.
Along with this update to the progress of Battletech: Clan Invasion, they listed a series of projected Q3 releases. Here are some of names of the new products and their projected release dates mentioned in the update:
- Turning Points: Tyrfing. Release Date: Friday, June 12
- Grey Watch Protocol: The Highlander Covenant, Book One. Release Date: June
- Rogue Academy: Ghost Hour. Release Date: June
- Rock of the Republic. Release Date: June
- Icons of War. Release Date: June
- Touring the Stars: Kaumberg. Release Date: July 24
- Spotlight On: Thermo Police. Release Date: July 24
- Honor’s Gauntlet. Release Date: July
- Hour of the Wolf. Release Date: August
- BattleMech Technical Blueprints Volume 1. Release Date: Q3
The dates for these products tentative, and are subject to change.
