Seven Seas has licensed three of Hiveworks webcomics to release as trade paperbacks: Life of Melody, Sleepless Domain, and Persephone: Whom Hades Seized. Life of Melody (slated for July 2021) is a LGBT+ romantic comedy about a family of magical creatures raising a human child that was abandoned in the woods. In Sleepless Domain (August 2021), a group of young women with supernatural abilities become the defenders of a magical, isolated city that is besieged by the creatures of the night.
Persephone: Whom Hades Seized (September 2021) is a riff on an ancient Greek myth about the daughter of Demeter who was taken by the Lord of the Dead. This version of the myth weaves a romantic tale of how Persephone and Hades fall in love. Each of these graphic novels will be published as a large-trim edition, and retail for $14.99.
Seven Seas Entertainment also announced that it has acquired over two dozen new titles (see "Seven Seas Nabs 'Lupin III' Manga").
