Marvel Comics announced Star Wars Legends: The Old Republic Omnibus Vol. 1, a collection of Dark Horse Comics' Knights of the Old Republic comics, for release on July 7, 2021.
Some of the hottest and rarest original issues for Star Wars comic book collectors are found in Dark Horse's Old Republic stories. These comics are of particular interest to collectors that focus their acquisitions on the Darths (first appearances of all the Sith lords) as well as Mandalorians, and issues of note include Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic #9 (first appearance of Revan) and Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic #42 (emergence of Darth Malak). This 1,344-page omnibus collects these rare issues and the rest of the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic series into one volume for those interested in simply reading this in-demand series. It includes Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic #1-50, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic - War #1-5, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Handbook, and material from Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic/Rebellion #0.
Star Wars Legends: The Old Republic Omnibus Vol. 1 was written by John Jackson Miller with pencils by Brian Ching, Travel Foreman, Dustin Weaver, Harvey Tolibao, Bong Dazo, Scott Hepburn, Alan Robinson, Dean Zachary, Ron Chan, and Andrea Mutti. There are two covers for this hardcover volume: one by Brian Ching and a Direct Market cover by Dustin Weaver. It will retail for $125.00.
Disney recently revealed 10 Star Wars projects, some of which involve Old Republic titles, during their Investor Day live stream (see "Disney Drops 10 'Star Wars' Project Announcements at Investor Day").
