Wizards of the Coast announced Secret Lair: Black is Magic, a new drop set, available for preorder between February 22 and March 31.

WotC is set to celebrate Black History Month with a new Secret Lair drop set that features cards illustrated by black artists. This set features art from a rising star in Marvel Comics, Brazilian illustrator Ernanda Souza, who recently provided the artwork for Marvel's Black History Month variant covers that come out in February (see "Preview: 'Black History Month' Variant Covers"). Additionally, artists Ejiwa 'Edge' Ebenebe, Hillary Wilson, Dani Pendergast, KNIIO, Thomas Zenteno, and Julio Reyna also contributed to the card art for this drop set.

Proceeds from sales of this set will be donated to Black Girls CODE, a non-profit that aims at increasing the number of innovative women of color in the STEM fields by helping girls of color gain more exposure to computer science and technology. The drop set comes with 7 full art, borderless cards. It is available in a non-foil version for $29.99 and a foil version for $39.99.
