New X-Men Series Could Spell the End for Krakoa

Marvel has released teaser art by artist Mark Brooks for the upcoming four-issue X-Men series Inferno, by writer Jonathan Hickman and artists Valerio Schiti, R.B. Silva and Stefano Caselli. The new limited series will follow up on the events of Hickman’s House of X and Powers of X and in particular, Mystique’s threat to burn down the island of Krakoa, which threatens the future of mutantkind. The tagline on the teaser is "The biggest mysteries of Jonathan Hickman's X-Men era burn away this fall!"
