Yucatan was designed by Guillaume Montiage, who also designed Kemet and Kemet: Blood & Sand (see "'Kemet'"). This game is set in the Central American Peninsula's jungle where multiple clans battle it out to survive the Gods' wrath. Players will try to accumulate as many victory points as they can over the course of four Seasons. They accomplish this by collecting resources, upgrading their Sacred City, and capturing prisoners to sacrifice to the Gods.
