Skymines, designed by Alexander Pfister and Viktor Kobilke, is a Euro game where players assume the roles of investors funding space-mining operations. They will try to earn CrypCoin by investing mined resources into companies and helping spread their outposts in space. There are four different companies in the game, each of which has its own unique abilities. The central mechanics of the game revolve around card programming and hand management, which allows for different card combinations that lead to various synergies and strategies. This game plays out over the course of seven rounds.
Skymines is for one to four players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 75-150 minutes.
Pegasus Spiele also unveiled Framework, a new tile placement game by Uwe Rosenberg (see "'Framework'").
