In this game, players delve into the Tsarist Empire of 1762 to earn the favor of Catherine the Great. They will explore different strategies, such as developing the fine arts, trade, or securing the Empire, that culminate in trying to accomplish various routes to victory. It features a new card mechanism that forces players to choose between using a card action or activating other cards. Players can only take 12 actions throughout the course of the game, so they will need to choose wisely to win.

This game is for two to four players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 60 minutes. It will retail for $54.95.

Capstone Games also announced Terra Mystica: Big Box for release into retail (see "'Terra Mystica: Big Box'").
