Steamforged Games unveiled Epic Encounters: Island of the Crab Archon, a new standalone encounter boxed set, which is currently on preorder.

Epic Encounters hits the high seas for a crustacean abomination of an adventure. This boxed set pits adventurers against the Karkinos, the cut-throat crab folk of the briny depths. The adventure is 5E compatible and created with both experienced and new players in mind. Island of the Crab Archon comes with 21 miniatures and an adventure book.

It will retail for $54.95.

Steamforged Games will also release Epic Encounters: Hive of the Ghoul-Kin, a new encounter boxed set, into retail (see "'Epic Encounters: Hive of the Ghoul-Kin'").
