Venn is a party game where players utilize Venn diagrams to guess three secret words from clues given on art cards. Players are split up into teams, and teams consist of clue givers and clue guessers. The clue givers will get words to be guessed on a card, and then rifle through Art Cards for clues to give. Then, they will place the Art Cards they've selected in the different zones of a Venn diagram to show common traits. Teams need to guess the right words before time runs out, or in the competitive version of the game, outguess the other team.
"(It's) a lot of fun, (with) crazy abstract art on both sides (of the card)," said Jake Davis, Senior Marketing Manager at The Op, as he explained the game at ACD Game Day. "In the competitive version, you're going to have two Venn diagram circles going against each other. In the cooperative version, we're all working on one together."
This game is for two or more players, ages 10 and up, and will retail for $24.99.
The Op will also release Turning the Tide, a new expansion for Disney Sorcerer's Arena: Epic Alliances, into retail (see "'Turning the Tide'").
