This expansion is for use with the core game of Catapult Feud, which was brought to market in 2021 by Iello USA (see "'Catapult Feud' "). It comes with a three-headed plastic hydra that hurls fireballs at the castle. During their turn, players may choose to Tame the Hydra! and reveal one of the Hydra cards for a chance to deal extra damage to an opponent. The orange fireball ammunition adds new gameplay options and refreshes the core game.    

The core game supports two players, ages 7 and up, and plays in 30-40 minutes with the new expansion added.
