Hill is an industry veteran of over 15 years that comes to EGG from Rio Grande Games. He has helped develop games such as Beyond the Sun (see "Beyond the Sun'") and Art Decko (see "'Art Decko' ). At EGG, he will assume the role of their Product Development Manager, and manage development of new projects as well as localization of their games world-wide.

Tepper is also a veteran in the board game industry, coming to EGG with  over 30 years of customer service and operations experience in manufacturing and distribution. He also sports more than 15 years of experience in the board game industry. Tepper will fill the role of Director of Public Relations at EGG, where he looks to enhance EGG’s communication about its games.
