DC Comics will publish a hardcover collection of stories by writer and Milestone Comics co-founder Dwayne McDuffie that are set in the DC Universe. McDuffie, who died in 2011, wrote for DC and other publishers in addition to co-creating Milestone. The DC Universe by Dwayne McDuffiewill includeAction Comics #847; The Demon #26-29; Impulse #60; JLA Showcase 80 Page Giant #1; Batman: Gotham Knights #27; Sins of Youth: Kid Flash/Impulse #1, and Firestorm: The Nuclear Man #33-35, with stories by McDuffie, writer Matt Wayne, and artists Val Semeiks, Gordon Purcell, and Eric Battle, among others. The 280-page hardcover will go on sale on February 7, 2023. It will have an MSRP of $39.99.

DC relaunched Milestone in 2021 with collections of the original comics and new stories set in the Milestone universe (see “Milestone Return to DC Comics Scheduled”).
