Gen Con has added an exhibit area, the Trade Day Marketplace, to its Gen Con Trade Day event, the organizers announced. The exhibit space will be used by game publishers, manufacturers, and distributors who will display and sell games and other products for retail stores, libraries, and classrooms. The Marketplace will also provide a place for retailers and suppliers to connect directly.
Gen Con Trade Day will be held at the Indianapolis J.W. Marriott on Wednesday, August 2, the day before the consumer show opens. As in years past, in addition to the Trade Day Marketplace, the event will include presentations on topics of interest to retailers, librarians, and educators.
Gen Con badges are now on sale (see "Gen Con Drops Vax and Mask Rules").
