Free League Publishing, in partnership with AMC Networks and Genuine Entertainment, announced the upcoming launch of The Walking Dead Universe RPG, which will hit Kickstarter on March 14, 2023.

This project was previously announced in November 2022, and will be heading to retail after the Kickstarter in Fall 2023 (see "'The Walking Dead Universe Roleplaying Game' Incoming").  The RPG is being produced closely with Scott M. Gimple, AMC Networks' Chief Content Officer for The Walking Dead Universe, going to introduce new story elements while staying true to the current series and its spin-offs.  Free League has also released new images for the game, which include interior spreads from the core rulebook.
