A new series flowing from Mark Waid and Dan Mora’s Batman/Superman: World’s Finest will take a fresh look at the early adventures of DC Comics' original Teen Titans. Waid will team up with artist Emanuela Lupacchino for the six-issue limited series, World’s Finest: Teen Titans, which goes back to the early days of the team, when it was led by Robin, the Boy Wonder. As they battle alongside the Justice League and burnish their image, they also have to deal with the problems that come with being a super-teen, as well as a bigger menace that lurks in the shadows.
The first issue will go on sale on July 11, 2023, with a main cover by Chris Samnee, a variant by Evan “Doc” Shaner, a 1:25 variant by W. Scott Forbes, a 1:50 variant by Lupacchino, and a 1:100 variant by Samnee.
Batman/Superman: World’s Finest launched in March 2022 (see “Preview: ‘Batman/Superman: World’s Finest’”).
