Dark Horse Comics will collect the first three volumes of Drifters, the seinen action manga by Hellsing creator Kohta Hirano, in a three-in-one omnibus edition.  The manga was launched in  English in 2011 (see “Dark Horse’s New Manga”), and is still ongoing, but volumes have been coming out slowly, with only six published so far.  The series, which has been adapted into an anime, follows warriors from Earth, called “Drifters,” who are transported to another planet to fight in global civil war fought by humans and nonhumans and threatens to wipe them all out. Drifters Omnibus Vol. 1 will be published as a 672-page paperback with an MSRP of $29.99 and will be released in bookstores on January 2, 2024, and in the direct market on January 3, 2024.
