Wilderfeast takes place on a post-post-apocalyptic supercontinent where food is magic. The One Land is populated by monsters, and humans are relatively new to the ecosystem. Upon arrival, the humans have introduced an eldritch virus to the monsters that make them violent and cause them to frenzy. The frenzying monsters are kept in check by Wilders, a group of mutated rangers that hunt these creatures and eat the ones they fail to save from the frenzy. Wilders powers increase as they eat more monsters, and gain new mutations when they consume a monster.
The game system utilizes D8s for the human characters and D20s for monsters. As characters can switch between being human and being a monster, their dice pool changes accordingly as well. More on this game will become available as the Kickstarter launch approaches.
