Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), a division of Collectors Universe, Inc., revealed the grade given to The One Ring 001/001. The grade was revealed via their Twitter account.

Soon after Dave and Adam's Card World announced the discovery of The One Ring 001/001 card (see "Someone has Opened 'Magic: The Gathering's' The One Ring 001/001"), PSA had revealed that they had already given the card a grade. The pack fresh card came back a PSA Mint 9, which is a point shy of the coveted Gem Mint 10 grade.  The PSA Mint 9 grade indicates that the pack fresh card had one minor flaw or printer imperfection, which could potentially be with the foiling (see "Sol Ring for a Black Lotus?").
