Dark Horse Comics will publish a print edition of writer Scott Snyder and artist Dan Panosian’s western/horror series Canary, which originally ran as a six-issue series as part of the ComiXology Originals digital program. The comic, which centers on a cursed mine that causes people to go on murderous rages, was lettered by Richard Starkings and Tyler Smith. The print edition will be reformatted into three 56-page issues, with the first set for release on November 1, 2023, with several covers by Panosian, a 1:10 incentive variant by Emma Rios, and a 1:25 incentive variant by Jill Thompson.
Dark Horse will also publish a collected trade paperback edition of Canary that will be released in bookstores on June 11, 2024, and in comic shops on June 12, 2024, with an MSRP of $19.99.
