Monje has been at CoolStuffInc.com for 9 years. She started at the company as a Regional Manager, and later became their Director of Operations. In that role, Monje expanded CoolStuffInc.com's online and physical retail presence during that tenure as well as successfully introduced CommandFest events for the company.
