The promo packs were delayed because logistical issues impacted global shipping of the product. These packs will now arrive shortly after the release of The Lost Caverns of Ixalan in the U.S. and Canada. Other regions, outside of North America, will receive their promo packs in between December 2023 and January 2024. To offset the delay, WotC will ship regions outside of North America promo packs from older sets, but this may result in these stores getting fewer The Lost Caverns of Ixalan promo packs total.
