Vault Comics and the ebook and audiobook publisher Aetheon have announced a partnership to publish each others’ titles across different media: Vault will publish comics and graphic novels based on Aetheon properties, either direct adaptations or tie-ins, and Aethon will make ebooks and audiobooks based on Vault properties. The first properties from the partnership will be released in 2024.
The two publishers have a similar focus in terms of content: Vault publishes horror, fantasy, and science fiction comics, and Aetheon’s catalog is primarily science fiction and fantasy.
In August, Vault announced it would publish a graphic adaptation of He Who Fights with Monsters, which Aetheon publishes as ebooks (see “Vault to Adapt ‘He Who Fights with Monsters’ to Graphic Novels”).
