Cryptozoic Entertainment launched Adventure Time Card Wars 10th Anniversary, which features a reprint of the classic card game, campaign onto Kickstarter on November 15, 2023.
The Adventure Time Card Wars card game line first launched in Q4 2013 (see "'Adventure Time Card Wars'"). Since then, the line expanded to have over 10 product releases. The KS campaign offers up an Adventure Time Card Wars: Ultimate Collection, which collects the six original packs for the game into one box. It comes with 500 games cards, as well as new unlockable game content.
“The love for Adventure Time has only grown over the last decade for our team and fans everywhere, so we are thrilled to be able to bring back Adventure Time Card Wars,” said Cory Jones, CCO of Cryptozoic. “What makes the game special is that it takes the fictional game played in the ‘Card Wars’ episodes and turns it into something real that is lots of fun and brings players into the world of the TV series.”
Fans can also order the deluxe edition of the Double Tournament games, the Collector’s Storage Box, a playmat, card sleeves, and more off of this campaign. There is currently no retailer pledge level on the campaign at this time.
