Lotus was originally released back in 2016, and was nominated for an Origins Award (see "Origins Award Nominees"). In Lotus, players take control of a lotus garden to try to grow the plants and achieve true enlightenment. They will enlist various Insect Guardians to help them work the land and grow the flowers one petal at a time by playing cards. The new edition features a solo mode where players will try and grow the mystical Winter Lotus, and Wildflower cards that balance the distribution of cards in the deck.
This game is for one to four players, ages 7 and up, and plays in 30 minutes. It will retail for $30.00.
