Pegasus Spiele has placed MicroMacro: Crime City - Showdown, a standalone board game, onto preorder for U.S. retail.

This is the fourth and last part of the MicroMacro: Crime City series of cooperative detective games (see "Review: 'MicroMacro: Crime City'").  The fourth game comes with a new city as well as 16 cases for players to solve. The cases in this game can be solved without previous knowledge of the other three games.

MicroMacro: Crime City - Showdown is for one to four players, ages 12 and up, and plays in 15 to 45 minutes. It will retail for $34.99.
