Oni Press has acquired print rights to a Webtoon title with three million subscribers and will release a print collection in September, the company announced.  SubZero, which has 375 million reads on Webtoon, is by debut creator and ex-accountant Junepurr, who says of the property, "SubZero is a love letter to fantasy stories, palace dramas and romance, created as an escape during a very low period in my life."

Oni Press Senior Editor Grace Scheipeter described the story.  "Dragons, love triangles, danger, and magic combine in this action-packed romance fantasy graphic novel," she said.  "Kyro and Clove’s enemies-to-lovers romance edges on steamy in this first volume, with more romantic tension and encounters to come!"

The print volume, collecting episodes 0-25 of the webtoon and previously unpublished back matter material, will street September 25, 2024 with a new cover by Junepurr.

The webtoon has been paused for the past three months, but resumed with a new episode February 4.
