Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Masters of the Universe will cross over in a comic miniseries from Mattel, Nickelodeon, IDW Publishing, and Dark Horse Comics this fall, the companies announced. The four-issue series will be released by Dark Horse on September 25.
Masters of the Universe/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles of Grayskull will be written by Tim Seeley, with art by Freddie E. Williams II and colors by Andrew Dalhouse. The cover will be by Williams II and Dalhouse; two variants are planned, by San Sakai with Emi Fujii, and by Alexis Ziritt.
The story opens with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles villains Krang and Shredder allying with Masters of the Universe villain Skeletor, and the Turtles headed for Eternia, which is at the brink of chaos. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Masters of the Universe (minus He-Man, who's missing in action) team up to battle the villains.
