In Star Trek: Captain's Chair, players will pick one of six captain's decks and try to out-command their opponent in a head-to-head game. The six captains included in this game are as follows: Jean-Luc Picard, Benjamin Sisko, Michael Burnham, Koloth, The Dahar Master, Sela, and Thy'lek Shran. Each captain's deck strategy will be themed according to their personality on the various Star Trek shows, and will come with the appropriate allies and assets to deploy.
The decks' strategies will be further tuned by the common cards available for players to draft. There will be multiple routes to victory in this game, including antagonizing their opponent, pursuing diplomacy, exploration, and science. This game is for one to two players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 60-120 minutes. It will retail for $59.99.
