It took a few Horrified game releases (see "'Horrified' Game"), but the franchise got around to adding Cthulhu to the mix. In World of Monsters, Horrified goes global by featuring a Sphinx, a Yeti, and a Jiangshi (hopping vampire from Chinese folklore). Cthulhu enters the game via a multi-phase puzzle that has one part in the realm of World of Monsters and one in Cthulhu’s realm. Per usual, players will need to work together to defeat each challenge the monsters pose to them as well as save citizens and avoid attacks.
Horrified: World of Monsters is for one to five players, ages 10 and up, and will retail for $29.99.
