Stone Blade Entertainment revealed the crowdfunding launch date for Ascension Legends, a new standalone expansion. It will head to crowdfunding on Gamefound on July 24, 2024.

This game was first announced back in March 2024 (see "'Ascension Legends'"). In this standalone set, players will recruit new heroes and wield powerful constructs in an effort to defeat the monsters of Deoful before they overrun the realm of Vigil. The set will be backwards compatible with  other Ascension Deckbuilding sets as well as serve as an entry point for new players. The campaign will also offer reprinted decks and promotional cards from previous Ascension sets so that players can experience some of the mechanics from the last decade of Ascension games.  

Ascension Legends will be previewed at San Diego Comic-Con 2024 where demos will be available for attendees. Stone Blade also released preview card images, included in the gallery below.
