The first product revealed was the 48-page Arcane Journal: Dwarfen Mountain Holds book. This tome contains new rules, background lore, and scenarios. It also features a host of special units, including the legendary Goblin Hewer and more Dogs of War options, and two Armies of Infamy that allow players to field a Royal Clan and an Expeditionary Force.
There will also be a Dwarfen Mountain Holds Battalion Box, which provides the foundations of a base army. The box comes with 32 Dwarf Warriors, 32 Quarrelers (which can also be built as gun-wielding Thunderers), and 2 Gyrocopters that can be built as Gyrobombers. Alongside the Battalion Box and the Arcane Journal, there will also be a Dwarfen Mountain Holds Reference Card Packs, Dice Sets, and Transfer Sheets available for preorder and an array of command and support miniatures kits including:
- Ungrim Ironfist, the Slayer King of Karak Kadrin
- Dwarf Lords with Shieldbearers
- Dwarf Thane with Handgun on Oathstone
- Classic Dwarf Characters
- Classic Dwarf Troops

Games Workshop has also placed Warhammer Age of Sigmar Core Book, the fourth edition of the Warhammer Age of Sigmar rulebook, onto preorder (see "'Warhammer Age of Sigmar Core Book' Heads to Preorder").
