Dark Horse Comics has announced that it will publish Arcbound, a 12-issue science fiction series that actor Tom Hardy is co-creating with writers Scott Snyder and Frank Tieri, artist Ryan Smallman, and colorist Frank William.  The first issue will be published on November 13, 2024, and will have variant covers by Dan Panosian, Clay Mann, Tyler Kirkham, Rose Besch (1:10), and Ryan Ottley (1:25).

Arcbound was first announced in October 2023 as a project from Arcbound Studios (see "Tom Hardy Collaborates on 'Arcbound'").  The series is set in a future where a massive corporation uses its monopoly on a key energy source to dominate the universe and follows a young officer who gets a message that causes him to doubt his beliefs and reconsider a world where the lines between technology and humanity are blurred.  The creators plan this to be the foundation of a new sci-fi universe that may extend to film and other media as well as comics.

Hardy's film roles include the title character in Venom and Bane in The Dark Knight Rises; Arcbound is his first comics work.
