Arcane Wonders will release Video Game Champion, new competitive strategy game, into retail in November 2024.
In this game, designed by Andre Negrao and Patrick Matheus, players take on the roles of kids in the 90s that are out to play as many video games as they can. They will need to use their time wisely to earn money, study, rent video games, and buy game strategy magazines in to play games. If all else fails, begging their parents for gifts is always an option. The game run on hand management mechanics as well as set collection to pull off button combos and accomplish mission objectives, which change with each play through.
Video Game Champion is for two to five players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 50-90 minutes. It will retail for $59.99.
Arcane Wonders will also release Aquatica: Coral Reefs, a new board game expansion, into retail (see "'Aquatica: Coral Reefs'").
