In this game, players assume the roles of early 20th century cheesemakers in France. They will be tasked with making, aging, and selling artisanal cheeses throughout the country in an attempt to become the best creamery. The game functions on a simultaneous worker placement mechanic where players distribute their pawns onto a rotating board that has their workers performing different jobs depending on their location. The goal of the game is to score the most Prestige points by selling cheese at four different locations.

The game box comes with 4 player boards, 4 mat inserts, 4 interlocking board pieces, 60 wooden Cheese tokens, 120 punchboard resource tokens, 32 punchboard Structure tiles, 36 Order cards, a score pad, and a rulebook. Fromage is for one to four players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 45 minutes. It will retail for $49.99.
