Exalted Funeral and Crowbar Creative announced a retail release date for Monty Python's Cocurricular Mediaeval Reenactment Programme, a new RPG.

This RPG will officially head to retail on March 5, 2025. The game was originally slated to hit retail in October 2024 (see "Monty Python") shortly after it raised $1.9 million on Kickstarter. The book is a comprehensive manual for running medieval-themed RPG sessions inspired by the works of Monty Python.

“Seems like no matter how grim and serious your Medieval role-playing game is meant to be, somebody’s going to propose the building of a  Trojan rabbit, mention unladen swallows,  or shrug off incoming damage as ‘only a flesh wound’,” said Brian Saliba, founder of Crowbar Creative. “It’s almost inevitable: Death, taxes, and RPG Pythonification."

In addition to the $50.00 base rulebook, there will also be a full 61-piece game set available for $120.
