Free League follows up their 5E adaptation of The Throne of Thorns I (see "'Ruins of Symbaroum' 5E Rulebook Adaptations") with this sequel. This new book contains two adventures, "The Darkest Star" and "Mother of Darkness," that are a part of the six-part The Throne of Thorns cycle. These adventures are for 10th to 14th level characters, and the book contains over 60 stat blocks for NPCs for characters to encounter. The book also contains full-color maps that detail adventure locations in towns, forests, and ruins.
