Steamforged Games has announced two new offerings for its ongoing Epic Encounters line:  Circle of the Demon Prince and Bridge of the Duergar Cult, set to release on May 13.

Like all Epic Encounters, the two new sets offer miniatures and pre-designed encounters compatible with 5e.  Each set features a double-sided battle map, a booklet with adventure notes and game stats, and any tokens needed to play, along with unpainted plastic miniatures.  Some models require assembly, but are designed to be slot-fit so they can be assembled without glue.

The Circle of the Demon Prince pits heroes against an enormous and powerfully evil demonic lord, represented by a large multi-limbed model rising from its summoning circle.  The model comes with a large 100mm base.  MSRP is $49.99.

Bridge of the Duergar Cult presents a subterranean encounter with demon-enamored dark dwarves, with a total of 17 miniatures, including a pair of ogres, a Duergar king, two priests, and warriors.  MSRP is $59.99.

The two sets are designed to work as companion pieces, allowing players to combine them together to create a multi-part adventure.

Last month, Steamforged launched a series of Epic Encounters based on Free League Publishing’s Ruins of Symbaroum (see “Preview:  ‘Epic Encounters:  Ruins of Symbaroum’”).  The company also revealed plans for the retail edition of Elden Ring:  The Board Game (see “Steamforged Game Launches ‘Elden Ring:  The Board Game’ Preorder”).
