WizKids taps into the nostalgic power of The X-Men Animated Series and the more recent X-Men '97 series (see "'X-Men 97'") for their fall set. This set features fan favorite mutants from the two series, including Cyclops, Wolverine, Magneto, and Mr. Sinister. It also includes new One Shot cards with which to upgrade teams.
X-Men '97 comes in Booster Bricks that contain 12 boosters each for this set. These bricks will retail for $203.88. There will also be a Release Day kit, which contains three copies of a LE Beast figure and 12 Omega Level Threat One-Shot cards.
