DC Comics will release omnibus editions of two key runs of Batman books, the Tom King run on Batman, and the Mariko Tamaki run on Detective Comics, this summer.  Both will street on August 19, 2025.

Batman by Tom King Omnibus Vol. 1, written by King with art by Mikel Janin, David Finch, Mitch Gerads, and others, will feature a new wraparound cover by Clay Mann, a new introduction by King, and previously unpublished material from the making of the run.  Stories in the collection include Batman: Rebirth #1, Batman #1-32, Batman/Elmer Fudd Special #1, Detective Comics #941-942, The Flash #21-22, Nightwing #5-6, and "Good Boy" from Batman Annual #1.  The 1008-page hardcover will carry a $150 MSRP.

Batman Detective Comics by Mariko Tamaki Omnibus, written by Tamaki with art by Dan Mora, Ivan Reis, Viktor Bogdanovic, Max Maynor, and others, will feature a cover by Mora and a new introduction by series editor Paul Kaminski.  It will include material from Detective Comics #1027, #1034-1061, Detective Comics 2021 Annual #1, Batman: Secret Files: Huntress #1, and Future State: Dark Detective #1-4, along with Batman - One Bad Day: Two-Face #1, and tales from Batman Secret Files #3 and Batman: Black and White #5.  It's planned as a 1,000-page hardcover at $150 MSRP.
