The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles booster set was announced last year as part of UVS Games' 2025 lineup (see "2025 'UniVersus' Lineup"). This set features both new and classic Turtles on cards with art from Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mutant Mayhem, the 80’s cartoons, action figures, and more. It will contain over 180 cards and have 8 different chrome rare characters to collect. The chrome rare cards will come with a gold foil TMNT manhole cover stamp on them.

Other card treatments include an ooze alt-art treatment with neon green ink and black and white art. This combination creates a UV light-reactive treatment that is unique to this set. The set will be available in booster displays, and packs will come with 11 cards: a character card, 3 uncommons, and 6 commons. Boosters will also be available in hanging pack displays.

Starter decks will also be available for this set, which will feature all four Turtles. Each deck contains 61 cards, one of which will be a retro TMNT character card.
