The book offers background on Dwarf patrons, including Thorgrim Grudgebearer, Ungrim Ironfist, and Gotrek Gurnisson, and other lore about the hold of Karak Norn. It also contains new rules for downtime Events and Endeavors  as well as rules for fighting in underground combat.
