With U.S. game sales facing a challenging period due to import taxes on imported products, Renegade Game Studios has made moves to expand its distribution in Europe through new strategic relationships with Saga Alliance and HEO GmbH, the companies announced. The new relationships will improve Renegade's ability to support European retailers, grow Organized Play programs, and improve access to Renegade products.
Headquartered in Germany, HEO GmbH also has European locations in France, the UK, and Spain. Saga Alliance is a European investment group with a network that includes Germany, France, Slovenia, and the broader Balkan region, with companies Funtainment GmbH, Cube Golem France, and Lotus Collectibles.
"Our mission has always been to make great games and get them into the hands of fans around the world," Renegade President and Publisher Scott Gaeta said in a statement accompanying the announcement. "These partnerships with Saga Alliance and HEO are the next big step in that journey."
