There were four new army sets announced in this wave. The first army set announced was Spearhead: Sunblooded Prowlers. It features a hunting pack of Seraphon led by the Sunblood Pack. The set comes with 10 Saurus Warriors, 2 units of 5 Hunters of Huanchi, 3 airborne Terrawings and a hot-blooded Spawn of Chotec.

The Spearhead: Fusil-platoon box is a mobile gunnery brigade for the Cities of Sigmar. The army is commanded by an Ogor Warhulk. This army comes with an Alchemite Warforger, 11 roving Wildercorps Hunters, and 2 units of 5 Freeguild Fusiliers. The box also contains two Cities of Sigmar transfer sheets.

Spearhead: Mortisan Elite is a force comprised of Ossifector constructs. The army consists of 3 Immortis Guard, 3 Necropolis Stalkers and 2 Morghast Archai. The army is managed and adjusted by a Mortisan Ossifector.

Spearhead: Scrapglutt is an army of ogors and goblins. It is led by an Ogor Manstrapper with a loyal Frost Sabre. This scrapwork brigade has 2 units of 2 Ironguts, a unit of 4 Ironguts, a gang of 12 Gnoblars, and a massive Gnoblar Scraplauncher.

Games Workshop also announced a new edition of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy, which will head to preorder soon (see "'Warhammer: The Horus Heresy'").
