WEBTOON Entertainment has announced the formation of a Consumer Goods Division, with former SVP, Head of Global Publishing Tina McIntyre to run, with expanded responsibilities.  In her new role as SVP, Head of Consumer Goods, McIntyre will oversee publishing, including the company’s own imprints, and the merchandising and licensing teams.  McIntrye was promoted to SVP in 2023 (see "People on the Move: Tina McIntyre"), after stints as Interim Head of Publishing and VP, Marketing for Wattpad WEBTOON Studios.

WEBTOON Entertainment is rebranding its production company as WEBTOON Productions, formerly known as Wattpad WEBTOON Studios.  David Madden, who had served as Head of Global Entertainment for the studio, will be President of the reorganized company, continuing to oversee development, production, and sales for film, TV and animation productions.  Prior to his time at WEBTOON, Madden had President roles at AMC Networks, Fox Television Studios, Fox Broadcasting Company, and Berlanti Productions.

Maximilian Jo will add the role of Vice President, Head of Strategy for the company's Global IP Business team, in addition to his prior role of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for WEBOON Entertainment.  In his new role, he will develop new strategic initiatives for WEBTOON Productions and WEBTOON Entertainment’s global IP ecosystem.
