Penguin Random House will release Warhammer 40,000 Character Encyclopedia, a new character guide book, into retail on October 7, 2025.

The guide book, written by Wade Pryce, offers up comprehensive information on 120 iconic heroes and villains from the 41st Millennium. Character bio pages showcase photography of iconic Games Workshop miniatures, artwork, vital stats, and facts on each character. The book also goes in depth to provide a canonical take on each character's history, and this is the first time the Warhammer 40,000 character lore has been compiled into a single volume. 

Warhammer 40,000 Character Encyclopedia comes as a 200-page hardcover book that retails for $27.99.

Games Workshop will release two new Warhammer: Age of Sigmar - Spearhead sets (see "Sets Incoming").
