ICv2 visited the McFarlane Toys booth at Toy Fair in New York for the first time in a number of years, where McFarlane Brand Manager Shelby Mathews showed us the company’s 2019 lines. New licenses included anime and manga hit My Hero Academia, which will have figures launching just before the release of Season 4 of the anime; and video games Doom, Elder Scrolls, Mortal Kombat, and Cuphead.
McFarlane also announced this month that it will begin producing figure tied to the DC Comics universe next year (see "McFarlane Toys Plans DC Collector Figures Lines").
In Part 1 of this two-part Preview, we see upcoming McFarlane releases for Game of Thrones, Jim Henson's Labyrinth, Naruto Shippuden, One Punch Man, My Hero Academia, Doom, Fallout, The Elder Scrolls, Mortal Kombat, Borderlands and Call of Duty. In Part 2, we saw upcoming McFarlane Toys releases for Nightmare at Freddy's, Cuphead, and Fortnite.
