We recently published an Open Letter to Retailers from Marvel COO Bill Jemas related to Marvel's no overprint policy generally, and its decision to print an upcoming Marvel Must Have on spec specifically. Jim Brocius of Cosmic Comics in Las Vegas, Nevada sent us this comment.

Shipments Ended in September

The licensing arrangement for t-shirts between Graphitti Designs and Marvel Comics appears to be on the rocks. Other licensing agreements between Graphitti and Marvel involving hardcover books etc. are not affected, but any Graphitti Designs Marvel t-shirt that was not shipped by October 1 should be considered canceled.
Auction On eBay To Benefit CBLDF

Jim Lee is participating in an auction for retailers beginning on November 5 on eBay with all proceeds going to benefit the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. The auction offers a benefit signing by Lee, who will fly himself to the winning comic book store at his own expense.
