Marvel Television is shutting down, with some employees moving to Marvel Studios and others on their way out, according to Variety.  The move comes as part of the takeover of Marvel’s TV operations by Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige (see "Feige Takes Creative Control of Marvel TV").  Only one live-action show, Helstrom, is still in production at Marvel Television (see "Marvel’s ‘Helstrom’ Casting"), along with four animated series, including Howard the Duck, at Hulu (see "Four New Marvel Series").  No new shows will be developed by Marvel Television.

Marvel Television head Jeph Loeb, on his way out (see "Loeb Leaving Marvel TV"), will stay with the division during the transition.
